Today I have a 'just for fun' card to share with you where I got to play with some more new crafty stash from Christmas. I couldn't wait to use my Go Kreate dies and they cut beautifully :-)
I also got a Magnolia swirl die that I have wanted for ages and just couldn't bring myself to buy because it is soooo expensive, so I was one happy girlie when I got it for Christmas :-D
I picked up a couple of Magnolia stamps on sale before Christmas so out came one of those and yes, that's the new addiction I am referring to in my post title! I just adore colouring them :-)
Card recipe;

Ooooh OOoooh OOOOOH!! GORGEOUS GORGEOUS GORGEOUS!! LOL - but I do love it!
ReplyDeleteThese shaped cards are fab... another way I've seen to use them (which I haven't had a go at yet... is to cut the shaped card in white... then to draw around the inside of the die onto the patterned paper... so you get a white frame so to speak... Does that make sense?? I've seen it done and it looks good... just a different way of getting more out of the dies! I'll stop rabbiting on now...
